Slip on's for 1000rr

Any one know which slip on exhaust for CBR 1000rr with out buying the full system, will come out straight ?
Im looking at a Sato ???

Sato, Jardine,Akropovic... has a kink to it...the Yoshimura comes out straight

I have a Micron Serpent full exaust and it looks sweet. Can anyone tell me whether I can change the can on a full exhaust or do I have to take the full exhaust out? Thanks
