While, of course, observing all posted speed limits at all times, I'm wondering where we will venture next. Who's up for a weekend long trip somewhere????We'll leave on Saturday morning, ride up somewhere strange and unusual, mapmaps style, camp out that night - make up our own silly campfire songs (i can hear alving and the chipmunks singing - "meeeeeeeeee i waaaaaaant a dooooouuuble aaaaaaaaarrrrrrrr), toast marshmellows, drink beer and freeze our ASSES off, then get up and ride back to our cozy homes with good stories in our pockets and a warm fuzzy feeling in our hearts, ready for another week of waiting....
any takers???? let's go! let's go!

AB:
In these matters: . . The Cosmic Eyeball ( my humble self) . . I have seen this blossom (RR being my very close bro and all). .
. . and AB, you have called it like it is. You have the stones properly working here. You clearly click when you walk.
RI & RR are NOT ships passing in the night. They have collided, no crew lost, no Coast Guard needed. What's not evident on the posts here are what my omnipotent inner self's forehead Eyeball has seen and what my duffus outer self has seen also.. . ( since RI,RR, wife BT,. . . and humble self spent the weekend together, pretty much sorta). . . Yes, I say this for all, They Have Collided. As far as any being can possibly tell, even my incredible Eyeball, these two did not try to avoid this collision, whatsoever. Not a twitch of rudder. Nope. Head-on, WFO,.. .USS Cupid. Yep. Collectively, world wide collisions like these keep the earth spinning. ( I used to think it was race-tuned factory rides on the East-West straightaways that spun the earth, but I'm rethinking the ocean current thing.)
So, lot's can happen in a week. :D

i polled several local weathermen and women and it seems the weather is becomining increasingly inclement this time of year. it therefore seems somewhat advisable to head south for the winter? at least you know monterey and san luis obispo aren't going to show up with a raingear prerequisite (just the ride back maybe). just a thought.
