Its doable at THill if we can get a crew together.
Takes about 30 to break even with a few getting a free day to set it up and regulate.
We could do our own Pisano Track Day and have a Mini session every third run or so???
Of course a big parking lot would do also.

AB,

KP is looking into looking in a "Mini Track" like one of the Kart tracks for the Corsamini moto meet. This would provide a great track environment, with lots of turns, and would be a good length for the minis. That would be awesome if we could do it, and it would be way more affordable, and easy. We'll probably rent it for just a couple of hours, but it looks like it's going to be a great event!

This is going to be a BLAST!!! We already have FIVE MiKneeriders - so it's going to be a full grid by the time we get to January!:D

I'm checking out Dixon, Davis, Prairie City and Sears Point. They all have cart tracks that would work for our purposes. It all comes down to price and availability. I'll keep you all in the loop. Thanks for the ideas - keep 'em coming - and I will consider them as I plan the event.

KP Sacramento raceway actually does minimoto races every 2 weeks i think it is, contact jenifer over there and see if we can get in there. Also i have been told somewhere off of hwy 50 there is an indoor gocart track maybe you should look into renting that? (though that probably will cost too much)

Yea, I think that indoor place is called R.P.M. I have been there before to watch the little racers. Just like a mini track, curves, straits, and weather is not an issue. Might be worth looking into.

Thanks for the tips! I'll check them out. Sure would be awesome to not have to worry about the weather as January can be so wet at times.
